Led by Kally, a licensed California architect, we provide direct, consistent guidance from early design through construction documents. When a project requires structural, MEP, CASp, or civil services, we work closely with the consultants retained to keep the project coordinated. We can also recommend qualified professionals within our network when clients need help assembling their project team.

How does permitting work?
How does a project get started?
Permitting is the city or county review required before construction can begin. We prepare and submit the permit drawings, respond to plan check comments, and revise the set as needed. If another agency is involved, we coordinate the architectural response and explain what to expect.

Do you work with contractors or other architecture firms?
Yes. While most of our projects are with property owners directly, we also provide technical production, documentation, and permit coordination support to contractors and other architecture firms on select projects.
