How the work develops
Every project follows its own path, but these are the working stages most clients can expect. The agreement defines which stages and tasks are included.
Meet directly with Kally, virtually or in person, to discuss your goals, ask questions, and explore whether working together is the right fit.
Available records, basic jurisdiction information, known site conditions, and project goals are gathered before design assumptions harden.
The work tests priorities, constraints, arrangement, scale, and character. Options are explained in plain language so decisions are deliberate.
The approved direction is developed into coordinated drawings appropriate to the agreed scope and project stage.
When included, Kally responds to plan check comments and coordinates revisions. The reviewing jurisdiction makes final determinations.
Construction support is defined in the agreement. It can include answering questions, reviewing selected submittals, and helping clarify design intent.
For contractors and architecture firms
Contractors may need an architect who can translate a known construction goal into a permit path and coordinated documents. Architecture firms may need focused support on a residential or small commercial package. In either case, the scope, authorship, and responsibilities need to be explicit.
Engineers, surveyors, energy consultants, and other specialists are separate professionals unless the written agreement says otherwise.
